Great quality hot water bottle. So pleased I went to this company. The rubber is thick and the bottle holds its heat as well as an easy to turn screw top which is also very secure. Excellent communication and fast delivery.

the hardness of the non rubber was dominant and not off set by the zipped cover-also difficult to manoeuvre when filling. the bottle did not hold the heat like the simpler original bottles i bought last year and which i thought i was ordering
i will not get another of the zipped hard design
i am now nervous of ordering a hot water from u incase its real rubber. last years was made from a non rubber material and has been and still is very good

Good quality and nice colour. A bit pricey but I'm hoping that it will last longer due to the quality. I would like it if the company offered different covers to buy separately. But over-all, I would buy again and also recommend product.
