Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 28 day returns policy from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including tags and in original packaging.

Send items you wish to return to: Hotwaterbottleshop.co.uk, 861 High Road, North Finchley, London, N12 8PT, GB and include the original packing slip or other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive your purchase and if approved, you'll be refunded the price of the item(s) to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty.
