Do you ever find yourself suffering from back aches or pain? If so, cold and hot treatments may both be useful. Experiment to try and see which treatment method works best for you by applying a hot water bottle or microwaveable body warmer to the area of pain.
You may find it beneficial to alternate between cold and hot treatment products for 15-20 minute periods. Many people find it most comfortable trying these methods lying down on a sofa or bed in a prostrate position.
Warning: Do not place any cold product directly on your skin – this may cause cold burn – instead wrap it in a cloth or towel first.
