Great HWB with amazing heat retention
This HWB was a (heavily hinted for) Christmas present, and has not disappointed. As someone who is latex sensitive, I was worried my HWB days were behind me, but have been snug and cosy throughout Christmas, New Year and now this cold snap.
The cover helps the HWB retain warmth overnight, which has been great for keeping me asleep, and a top up keeps me toasty working from home during the day.
(There was a slight rip in the bottom seam of the cover, but it will be easily repaired.)

the hardness of the non rubber was dominant and not off set by the zipped cover-also difficult to manoeuvre when filling. the bottle did not hold the heat like the simpler original bottles i bought last year and which i thought i was ordering
i will not get another of the zipped hard design
i am now nervous of ordering a hot water from u incase its real rubber. last years was made from a non rubber material and has been and still is very good
