1.8 Litre Luxury Hot Water Bottle with Anthracite Organic Cotton Cover (rubberless)

Brought the hugo for my daughter who uses it even in the summer. She has used it for the past 15 years, travelling to 23 countries with it and it finally had enough and got a leak last month. Very happy to see it is still or sale and I have replaced it for her new travels. Lets hope it lasts as long as the last one.

Bought for my 6ft4 husband (size XL is good length) to replace a John Lewis bathrobe which ended up stinking so badly I had to throw it out after a few months. Be aware that there are a lot of brands selling ‘super soft robes’ which are a mix of synthetics and cotton, meaning they wont wash well and will end up smelling. The Hotwaterbottle company offers pure thick cotton material with a lovely neutral colour range and it was a very easy purchasing experience on-line, with a prompt delivery. Husband has been using it for a few weeks now and it is very soft and luxurious.

Love the bottle..it feels wonderful.. looks gorgeous and it's such a relief to know that I'm not getting any toxic fumes coming out of it, like the normal bottles.

perfect size for me: 5FT 2 in sorry I'm not metric. Love the colour too. Am following instructions so this one lasts and not using boiling water, etc etc.

Love this water bottle: I like that it is ribbed on both sides avoiding the one too hot foot! Both are now at the correct cosiness:) I feel confident that it won't leak; really good quality and very happy with it.

These Sanger hotties are superb quality. I love a rubber bottle and these are the best I've ever had. Keep me cosy right through the night and the cover is so pretty. I liked it so much, I bought a second one with a similar style cover. Very happy!

Excellent quality - feels so safe to give to the children and the size is perfect for me as an adult. I walk around with it under my top all winter. We’ve now bought three of the 0.8 litre hot water bottles because we love the original (still going strong) so much.

The quality is good and it is interesting that it takes longer to feel the heat from this bottle. I assume this is because the ribbing provides better insulation so the bottle should remain hot for longer, which can only be good. The extra wide opening is excellent too as it makes filling the bottle much easier and safer (no chance of hot water 'blowing' back). I was surprised there was no washer on the bottom of the stopper, like hot water bottles always used to have, but assume this is because the stoppers generally fit better nowadays.

I bought this for my nephew's birthday, whose colour scheme consists of black and grey! He is very pleased with the hot water bottle, not least because he can turn now the heating down! I did make him a knitting hot water bottle cover, which he also liked! Many thanks.

This was a gift for a family member who was poorly but it has come into its own here in Scotland with the cooler weather and the good quality fabric cover makes it all the more usable any time of the day ☺☺.
